How to deal with annoying friends

This articles is not about coping with stress it is how to get along with annoyings.

In our daily lives, we all communicate with others. Friends are the ones who you can share your emotions with. However, when someone shares their feelings or what they lived, others might behave annoyed. If this situation bothers the person who mentioned his/her feelings, there are several ways to deal with those types of people.

To begin with, stop being friends with them. Interaction with others doesn’t go well sometimes. Some people can build healthy, nontoxic friendships, unlike annoying friends. If they make you feel sad and hurt your feelings, you can tell them how they made you feel. If they keep hurting your feelings, maybe it is better not talking them. In this way, cringe mates can’t hurt you. Why would someone be in touch with them still?

Secondly, being annoying can be personalized, and if they wan to change they can go to a psychologist. Some people are worth trying. They can be optimized by taking help from others. Those others can be a friend, family members, or a psychologist. Professionals can work better for annoying. Since doctors know how brain function works, they can solve this problem. The amount of annoying can be decreased by experts.

Finally, behave the way how they behave to you. This is called a balanced policy. If they hurt your feelings on purpose, you can do the same to them. For instance, if they say something bad to your face or talk behind you if it makes you feel better balance the situation. Do the same. This behavior can be considered not ethical. But if it makes you feel better why not? On the other hand, even if you treat them how they treat you, you can still feel annoyed. Know yourself first, and see if you be annoying and cool with it. Otherwise, you can leave a scar on yourself.

To conclude, not talking to them anymore, taking help from psychologists, and balance policy are the ways that help you to deal with annoying friends.
