Self-Love& Self-Care Inspiration: Instagram Edition

Loving yourself and taking care of yourself well-being is fundamental for every individual. Spending time with ourselves and recognizing our self-worth is essential for advancing in life and improving our self-communication. So, how should we begin to love ourselves, and how can we sustain this practice? Where should we draw our inspiration from?
Every person should start this journey by embarking on a self-discovery path. It's crucial to get to know ourselves thoroughly. What are our positive and negative attributes? What makes us feel good or bad? How can we take ourselves one step further? What are the characteristics of the person we aspire to be, and what are our current traits? (My therapist recommended these questions to me.) We can kickstart this journey more clearly and easily by asking such questions. But once we have answered these questions and gotten to know ourselves.
