5 Photos by Moon Photographer Betül Türksoy

Images from the archive of my moon photography diary

Since 2021, I have been very interested in astrophotography. Every frame taken by Betül Türksoy reflects the beauty of the moon in a magnificent way. She is a moon photographer with an extraordinary ability to capture the magical atmosphere of the sky and the moon. The perspective of her photographs and her effort to combine them into a whole composition meet her passion for storytelling.

Her sensitivity to the details of the moon in her photographs creates a mesmerizing effect on the viewer. Looking through Betül Türksoy's lens gives us a new perspective on the sky and draws us into the depths of the moon.

Moon's distance from Earth: 354,286 km

99.8% illuminated, 14.4-day moon.

Exif: Nikon D7100-Nikon 200-500 mm lens (500 mm)

1/500, f/7.1, iso 100 x 118 frames

Background 1/2, f/7.1, iso 100 500 mm

Betül Türksoy is not only a photographer but also an artist with a unique connection and emotional instinct to the moon.

The first photo always reminds me of the moon spending a sad night with human emotions. Every time I look at it, I feel my heart ache. Although the artist's intentions may be different, it is a great achievement to add emotion to a lunar image.

Other photos show the moon in different states. It makes me very happy to see that the months of work and waiting here have produced a magnificent image. She is someone I am glad I met and I will always continue to follow her photographs with great love. I recommend you to follow her closely. I have archived most of her photos. If I have a nice house in the future, I think I will even hang them on my wall. I am sure you will love them all. Hope to meet you in many more beautiful photo frames.
