Andromeda
The brief story of Andromeda.
Andromeda, in Greek mythology, is the beautiful daughter of King Cepheus and Queen Cassiope of Joppa in Palestine (called Ethiopia) and wife of Perseus. Her mother, Cassiopeia, attracted the wrath of Poseidon, the sea god, because she liked to boast about her beauty. Poseidon unleashes a monster that threatens the layers of Andromeda. After that, Andromeda, is chained to rocks to be sacrificed to the monster. However, the hero Perseus learns about this situation and sets out to save her. Using Medusa's head, Perseus defeats the monster and saves Andromeda. Then Andromeda and Perseus marry.
All mythologies are being created by that community's culture, people, history and beliefs. So, do we have the right to say that; this has to teach some things to us as human beings. Of course.
This won't be wrong to say that Andromeda's story deals with themes of courage, sacrifice and redemption. Additionally, the star cluster Andromeda took its name from this mythological character. The myth also reflects ancient Greek values and has inspired numerous works of art and literature, making it a lasting cultural narrative.
