Emrah Kozan's Design Thinking book

What comes to your mind when you think of design thinking?

I would like to leave an article in which I share my thoughts after reading Emrah Kozan's book - Design Thinking.

From past to the present, human societies solve the needed problem by accessing knowledge through discovery, learning and experience. I would like to share one of my favorite parts of the book: "A person who can use his heart and mind at the same frequency at the same time cannot remain insensitive to his environment, he discovers problems and begins to feel that problem at that moment with his emotions. Curiosity is perhaps the greatest talent that God has bestowed upon man." In this book, Emrah Kozan has actually guided the inner journey of valuable designer souls on this path by describing examples, processes and stages that surround the use of these talents and intelligence given by Allah and help us discover the designer within ourselves.

Design-oriented thinking is based on a basic understanding that enables us to quickly reach the right and solution of the designs produced with this goal, which is based on human beings at the center. We see that we need to put forward new intellectual designs in the changing digital world and that innovation should be reflected in our ideas.

Emrah Kozan stated that the concept of "design" is not only an external aesthetic appearance, but also the solution that the problem is produced and the benefit offered by the human-oriented design provided.

I would also like to share a line of Emrah Kozan's that I like very much. "Design thinking is the art of progressively moving towards a solution with a positive and realistic approach. I think positive and realistic concepts are one of the most accurate concepts defined for this approach.

In the introduction of the book, the existence of human beings is a journey of discovery, and the existence of human beings and the universe is a product of design. It is a book that allows us to see the factors that enable us to realize this and that Allah gives this power to human beings with wisdom. With Emrah Kozan's lines that make us realize the existence of this power in us, I feel like I can produce more accurate solutions to design-oriented ideas.
