It is an undeniable fact that people have tended to a healthy life from the moment the virus emerged. Before there was a vaccine or medicine, there was a half increase in the number of people who turned to fruit and vegetable consumption and additional vitamins. This is a very high rate.
Before the virus, as doctors always recommended, fruits, vegetables, and sports are some of the basic things necessary for a healthy life. Of course, other food types such as protein and fat should also be consumed in the right proportions.
