I wish I could eat my favorite sweet candies all day and still look smart and not gain any weight.

Can you stay all skinny while also munching five nachos at night? Or can you look smart while also consuming 4 burgers a day? I wish I could eat my favorite sweet candies all day and still look smart and not gain any weight. It would’ve been so good if life wouldn’t ever be asked to sacrifice one thing to achieve another. But unfortunately, that's what life is, to let go of one thing in order to upgrade our standards or ensure a better future. But don’t worry today I’ll guide all the people suffering from obesity, gastric, or any health issues and how to achieve the unfulfilled desire to chomp your favorite meals while simultaneously staying fit as a fiddle.

There are so many diets that have been discovered and with proper guidelines to follow like keto diet, Mediterranean diet, low-fat and low carb diet but each of them eliminates the consumption of anyone specific food type. That's not good news to foodies of course as they’re completely helpless if a crispy breast comes in front of them or a gooey brownies stall approaches them. Then what's the solution?

There are just a few steps to be followed and measures to be taken. Of course, we can't risk our health and randomly eat whatever junk we like but if a balance is kept we might enjoy both the fancies together.

Step number 1 is very easy to be implemented. Divide your weekdays into meat types to eat on the respective days. You could allocate fish for Monday, chicken for Tuesday, mutton for Wednesday, minced beef for Thursday and full veggie meal for Friday, bacon, and salami for Saturday, and repeat your fish or any seafood on Sunday. Well, that would be my timetable you shall make yours definitely. Dividing your days wouldn’t make you repeat any of the dishes and thus be not much unhealthy.


Step number 2 is more fun actually! Depending on your day, your meat type, and your mood; decide your dish. Let's say it’s Tuesday so whether your heart wants a chicken burger, chicken shawarma, a spicy breast, saucy pasta, or pizza with a few chickens in it that's all your choice. With an exception that it should all be pretty hygienic, regardless of homemade or eaten outside. If it's homemade then that's a bonus. 


Step number 3 is very creative. While cooking, try your level best to mingle all your favorite sauces from chili sauce to oyster sauce into your meal so it's as flavorsome and tasty! But keep in mind the quantity shall be appropriate and not extra.


Step number 4 is a bit tricky as you need to extract out few healthy veggies from your fridge and one might not like some of them. So shortlist your most loved veggies like carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and basil leaves. Season your food or either sideline it with your chosen veggies. No matter how hot and spicy your meal would be the natural vegetables will prevent any indigestion or gut problems. But wait, what if one is going out to a restaurant to eat? No worries people! Just order a caesar salad, greek salad, protein salad or any other salad must with your meal. Whether it's your lunch or dinner, you ought to follow the above-mentioned step.

Step number 5 is a bit time-consuming but worth it! Never forget to pair up your meal (breakfast dinner or lunch) with fresh juice. Just imagine how soothing will it be for your stomach! It will steadily kick out all the non-essential parts of your food and your body is fit and clean. The fresh juice could be of any fruit depending on the season as seasonal fruits are more effective. Nothing could be better than pure orange juice, so refreshing and energizing.


Step number 6 is what you all will love the most. Those who can't resist their sugary cravings when it comes to cinnamon rolls, donuts, waffles, or icecreams can do it at least once a week. Cheating once a week is not so harmful, is it? We're obviously not going to eat a large amount of that.


Step number 7 is the second last one and the bottom line. God has provided us with an evergreen solution in water. Its sufficient daily consumption is super beneficial. The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women (Gunnars,1-2). But who wants to drink the tasteless liquid every hour? Just relax! You've just got to make your preferred detox water. The list goes as apple-cinnamon, lemon-mint, grapefruit, and orange detox water. Keep the bottle filled with the latter with you all the time. Not just your body gets the required amount of it but your taste buds are fully happy too.


Step number 8 is the last, I guess I already took a pretty big time of yours but I promise just a few more words to read. Daily EXERCISE or early morning JOGGING is a must. If you really want to follow a healthy lifestyle but also enjoy your favorite food items, then you need to do a compromise for that. It's extremely revitalizing for your body to wake up early morning and jog in your nearby park for half an hour. As far as exercise is concerned, one can easily go to a nearby gym or if that's costly one can do a few exercise moves at home. For females, yoga and aerobics is the prime option. Don't forget this should be done on daily basis.


So these were the 8 steps that need to be considered if you want to stay healthy but also munch on your favorite meals. Always remember your diet is like a bank account and good food choices are a good investment. So choose clean and wholesome to eat, neither too much nor too little as both can kill and keep a balance and with very little cheating in between.
