A Musical Phenomenon: Mamma Mia!
If you love music and if you love watching musical and romantic movies, Mamma Mia! is what you need.
Based upon the Broadway musical of the same name, "Mamma Mia" is a romantic/musical movie that is full of 1970s legendary Swedish group ABBA's songs. Although the songs are original songs of the ABBA, they were performed by the film's actual cast.
In the movie, a girl named Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) tries to find her real father using the popular songs of ABBA. The story takes place on a colorful Greek island. Sophie, who is about to be married discovers that any one of the three men could be her father.
If you love enjoying these kinds of movies you should definitely watch Mamma Mia!, which is directed by Phyllida Lloyd and starred by Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgård, Dominic Cooper, Julie Walters, Christine Baranski, and includes legendary songs such as "Honey, Honey, Money, Money, Money, Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen, Super Trouper, Voulez-Vous, Waterloo."
If you like the first movie, I suggest you check out the second movie, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again.
