SLEEPLESS NIGHTS
Anyone can have sleepless nights, but how about you? If you're complaining about it too, reading can benefit your sleepless nights.
Are you the person who loses sleep every day, never sleeps, or whose sleep is interrupted 3-4 times a night? Hello, nice to meet you.
I know these situations are very frustrating, but I wondered why this was happening and started researching because I live with someone whose sleep is interrupted.
Experts give the main reasons for this as stress, fatigue, excessive caffeine, alcohol, and computer games, but in addition, I want to give you a more scientific explanation.
Resting time for the body and brain of people within a 24-hour period is just between 6-8 hours which means sleeping time. This is the time period that usually results in going to bed between 10-11 pm and starting the day early in the morning, so at least experts say you should have slept in those hours.
There's more to that, it's that people sleep between 90 and 120 minutes. So what does this mean? In other words, you wake up every 90-120 minutes, but you go back to sleep without even realizing it, so your brain doesn't physically give the "get up" command.
The problem of people whose sleep is interrupted or who cannot sleep at night starts here. The sleep in the 90-120 minute period is enough, and they cannot go back to sleep, or the daytime sleep is enough, and they cannot sleep at night.
So what can be done to solve this? In the opinion of experts, you should stop playing, studying, or doing work 1-2 hours before bedtime. You should also stop eating or drinking 3-4 hours before sleep, especially the things you can be disturbed about. You should create a sleep routine for yourself and repeat it every night because the brain loves routines and is inclined to practice them.
I hope your sleep is in order and you can have a great night's sleep.
